Assessment of job skills, experiences and accomplishments, and
the cataloging of evidence stories to support claims, is the
first preparation task in the development of interviewing proficiency,
a special level of skill required to win job offers, the
principal objective of an interview. Job skill strength assessment
forms a foundation for interviewees to determine the skills
they want to feature in interviews and to make matches with
position skill requirements..
